A: Production typically takes around 25-30 days after order confirmation, depending on the order volume and season. From January to May, we experience a peak in orders, so early planning is highly recommended.

A: We're both. Sunzo has its own manufacturing facility for strict quality control, while our trading team offers full service from quotation to shipment coordination.
Q4. How do I calculate the shipping cost?
A: Please let us know your nearest destination port. For door-to-door delivery, kindly provide your full address including ZIP/postal code, so we can calculate the most accurate shipping cost via sea or air freight.
Q5. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Payments can be made via T/T (bank transfer).
